Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order or using the magnoliamoments.co website. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
About Us
Magnolia Moments LLC provides custom-printed magnets and on-site event printing services. We are based in Mississippi, United States. For questions, contact us at emily@magnoliamoments.co.
Orders & Custom Products
All of our products are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You own or have the right to use any designs, photos, or artwork you submit
- Your submitted files do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- The information you provide (design files, quantities, shipping address) is accurate
We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
Digital Proofs
A digital proof will be provided for your review before we proceed with printing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the proof carefully. By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for the content, spelling, and layout. Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.
Minimum Order Quantities
A minimum order of 25 magnets per design applies to all orders. This minimum is clearly stated on each product page.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Production & Shipping
Standard production time is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Rush production may be available — contact us before ordering. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
On-Site Event Printing
For on-site event printing services, a separate booking agreement will be provided outlining event-specific terms, travel fees (if applicable), equipment requirements, and cancellation policies. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Intellectual Property
All content on magnoliamoments.co — including logo, photography, text, and design — is owned by Magnolia Moments LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. By submitting artwork or photos to us, you grant Magnolia Moments LLC the right to use those images for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnolia Moments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mississippi.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
