Refund Policy

At Magnolia Moments LLC, every product we make is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns on completed orders.
That said, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right.
Our Promise
If you receive an order that has a defect, error, or damage caused by us — including printing errors that differ from your approved proof, or products damaged during production — please contact us and we will gladly remedy the situation. We stand fully behind the quality of our work.
How to Report an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and work with you on the best solution, which may include a reprint or store credit depending on the situation.
Customer Errors
Because all orders are produced from customer-provided artwork and approved digital proofs, we cannot offer reprints or refunds for:
- Errors in artwork, spelling, or layout that were present in the approved proof
- Design choices made by the customer (color, font, layout, etc.)
- Orders placed with incorrect quantities or shipping addresses
We strongly encourage you to review your digital proof carefully before approving.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested before production begins and before a proof has been approved. Once production is underway, we are unable to cancel an order. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at emily@magnoliamoments.co.
On-Site Event Bookings
Cancellation policies for on-site event printing services are outlined in your event booking agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable after a specified date, as detailed in that agreement.
